Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel at least 48 hours prior to their appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable and may only be transferred once (for example, if you need to reschedule, you can transfer your deposit once; any additional changes will require a new deposit).
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the full service cost.
Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 75% of that service
There is a 20-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, the appointment will be canceled and a 75% fee will be charged.
